Lord You Are God

Lord You are God,
You are the One true Living God,
The God of Righteousness and Justice,
Of Mercy and Grace,
You know the thoughts of all,
You hear the prayers of all,
You see the deeds of all,
In secret and in public,
You know the hearts of every being,
You are the Creator,
The Controller,
The Commander,
The One and Only God of all we see, hear, feel, and all we do not,
You have shown mercy upon this wretch,
This small insignificant woman which You truly love,
You are the Day and Night,
The Morning and Evening Star,
You are the Hand that moves hearts,
The Voice that moves minds,
The One that turns armies around,
The One who speaks and is heard,
Who breathes and is known,
Who touches and is felt,
You are God,
The God of love,
The God of truth,
The God of life,
The God of all,
When You speak nations bow down,
When You turn Your eyes and look armies fall,
When You say it, it is so,
And when You think it, it is so,
You are the air,
You are the ocean,
You are space,
You are time,
You are the beginning,
And the end,
My Maker and Creator,
The Judge and the Councilor,
My Savior and my Friend,
My Love and my Life,
You are my God,
You control the galaxy,
Holding it in Your hand,
Making each system spin,
You pull and push the tides,
You fan every breeze,
You know every star,
Every grain of sand has a purpose,
You mold the clouds,
You sculpt the mountains,
And the plains,
And the valleys,
You fill the oceans,
You take care of every being,
Not even a single sparrow falls without Your notice,
Not a flower withers without Your consent,
You are God,
What are we to You?
We are like the sand You walk on,
But we don't proclaim Your name as well as the sand does,
And You love us as if we've never hated You,
As if we've never cursed You,
But You are God,
And we have hated and cursed You,
You hold us up and proclaim that we belong to You,
You paid the price for our wretched souls,
And what a price it was,
We don't deserve to lay our gazes upon You oh Lord,
For You are God,
You lead us through trials,
You lead us to peace,
You lay us down on clouds, in soft pastures,
You plan our lives,
Write our stories,
So we have a hope and purpose,
You are God,
You love this filthy being of me,
For my Lord You are truly God,
