Literature Text

You see those scars,
His hands and feet,
Nobody broke Him,
Nobody but me,

You see those scars,
Upon His brow,
There were no roses,
On His crown,

On me is His shame,
On me is His pain,
I gave Him sorrow,
He gave me tomorrow,

His bloods on my hands,
The only One who understands,
I nailed to a tree,
The only One who'd die for me,

You see those scars,
I pushed Him too the dirt,
See those bruises,
My hands were those that hurt,

You see those scars,
His hands and feet,
Nobody broke Him,
Nobody but me,

On me is His shame,
On me is His pain,
I gave Him sorrow,
He gave me tomorrow,

His bloods on my hands,
The only One who understands,
I nailed to a tree,
The only One who'd die for me,

Now I pull out the nails,
And I take off the thorns,
I wrap Him in linen,
He's so tattered and torn,
I kiss all the bruises,
I made on His face,
I hold Him and weep,
At this empty embrace,
Lay Him in a tomb,
I just cannot let go,
But they pull me away,
And seal it with a stone,

On me is His shame,
On me is His pain,
I gave Him sorrow,
He gave me tomorrow,

His bloods on my hands,
The only One who understands,
I nailed to a tree,
The only One who'd die for me,

Before the sunrises,
We walk to His grave,
But the guards are asleep,
And the stones rolled away,
Why are you weeping,
And whom are you seeking,
If you carried Him away,
Tell me where He is laid,
.
